Rudy comes from Exxon, where he was the director of North American Exploration. Even as CEO Rudy spends time in the field and to this day reviews all new projects before signing off on them.
Dr. Marc Hafkin is a biological engineer who specializes in species effects and change. Marc headed up the Wind DNA project in Geneva and served on the Cruzmon Board in Seattle. DrMarcHafkin@arxint.com

Lilith is our general manager, who has many years' experience in the green industry. She worked with Shell on bettering their non-green output.
Bruce works in compliance and government structure, and has a strong background in federal regulatory commissions. Contact Bruce for AATH7 Control permits.
Tim is our Gulf Operations Manager. He has a long career working rigs and water pressure testing against oil-based machinery. Tim is the lead sales manager.
Winston manages the cross-over departments of both software and hardware technology. Winston comes to us from DD5 Tech Industries.
Rich oversees new technology in wind management. He began his career at Tesla working on the ParaXwind software program and assisted in the module crossover development of self-driving cars.
Mike is a team leader of oil based product development for clean solutions. He is AR55T, and LLFF4 certified. Additionally, Mike is proficient in relay software production and time rotation quartering.

Rich is the manager of liquid logistics. His expertise stems from the military, where he was responsible for large freight shipments. His understanding of EU and Non-EU permits and taxes is extensive.
Evangeline is the manager of sea permits and specializes in all water transportation. She came to us from Armand, Diller Associates, with her husband Rich. Evangeline is 44QWR Certified.
Wilm is the lead associate for governmental integration, specifically France, The Netherlands, and Belgium. Please contact Wilm to setup a new RTG444 service account.
Dahlia is head of legal affairs for all European-based projects. Her expertise is cross-border permits and taxes. Her background comes from Exxon and their Asian logistics team.
Pete is the manager of software and hardware installations for all new projects. He has a mechanical and electric background which brings a unique understanding to better a client's needs. He comes to us from Laxa-Bullhouse Associates.
